I hold a Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS) in Accounting & Economics and a Master of Business Studies (MBS) from Tribhuvan University. My formal high school education was in Science explicitly without Computer Science. Everything I build is self-taught through documentation, experimentation, line-by-line source code dissection, and civic necessity.

Born in Phikkal, a rugged rural village in Sindhuli often called the "Karnali" of Nepal's Inner Terai. Lived entirely off-grid with zero computer access, listening to radio broadcasts and without regular electricity. First heard that something called the "Internet" existed around 2010.

First hands-on exposure to mobile data on a basic 2G feature phone. Learned how mobile data works by calling Nepal Telecom (NT) customer support to have WAP/GPRS APN settings delivered over SMS, illuminating the "G" and "E" status indicators. Spent nearly two months deciphering what an email address and inbox were before successfully signing up for Facebook.

Built mobile wap-pages directly inside keypad phone browsers using Wapka.mobi, figuring out hyperlinks, page hierarchies, and markup. In 2015, completed high school (SLC), acquired a Nokia N70 running Symbian OS, and moved to Sindhuli Sadarmukam (district headquarters) where, at age 15, encountered, touched, and operated a physical Windows desktop computer for the very first time.

Attended college for +2 Science explicitly without Computer Science classes. Spent evenings on limited student mobile data packs dissecting Blogger XML and HTML templates tag by tag to learn layout engines, CSS cascades, and responsive design. Built and moderated large-scale Facebook student communities with zero expenditure on paid courses or hosting.

Registered first free .np ccTLD via Mercantile (register.com.np) and hosted on InfinityFree. Initially assumed a domain was an entire website, quickly mastering the distinct roles of registration, DNS, and hosting. Faced with free SSL requirements that demanded CNAME verification while register.com.np only allowed authoritative nameservers, discovered Cloudflare, routed DNS through it, and unlocked edge SSL. Documented the workaround on grisma.com.np.

Appointed as a Computer Operator in the Government of Nepal (Pension Management Office under Ministry of Finance, BS 2077–2081). Replaced hours of manual ledger entries with custom Python and Bash automation scripts that remain in daily production use. Concurrently earned a Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS) in Accounting and Economics and founded TopNepali, scaling it with Google AdSense.

Pioneered zero-cost, high-performance civic platforms and typography systems for Nepal: Nepali Typing Test PRO (4-layout speed benchmark with Loksewa grading), FontsDir & OpenType Compiler (172-font binary outline conversion), TopTools (40+ production calculators and dual-system land engine), Flashare WebRTC P2P transfer, and Election Nepal (1,445+ SSG pages). Entire workflow engineered natively in Termux on Android using Astro and Cloudflare edge micro-JSON architectures with zero Cloudflare CI minutes consumed.
